My doctor has it on a short list of things not to eat :/ I think if cooked or pasteurized it's fine but they didnt mention either so I've been avoiding it just in case.

If it’s pasteurized then yes you can have it. But my OB said it’s rare that blue cheese is pasteurized so to avoid it.

In the uk we’re told you can eat hard blue cheese such as Stilton - I had loads over xmas
