Protein in urine

My last pregnancy I was induced for high blood pressure. I’ve heard severe headaches for almost two weeks that won’t subside. I had a checkup today and Dr said my blood pressure is slowly creeping up. My urine was positive for protein. 30 (+1). I got my results online after dr office closed, so I can’t call her until tomorrow morning to ask. But does anyone know if those levels are normal or has anyone experienced it and everything be fine next Appointment? Thanks!
