If a lass goes to a blokes house and he goes to kiss her but the women freezes and let's him do anything to her even tho shes not said no shes just froze because shes so scared and cant move. Is this still rape ?

A person feeling threatened may curl up, become tense, cover their faces with their arms, and even become silent. Courts and secondary survivors often misunderstand this instinct and blame the woman with the idea, “if she just froze, didn’t scream, didn’t fight, and just remained silent and still and numb, she can’t say it was an attack, right?” Which is very wrong.

People like to say “well, you didn’t scream and claw his eyes out, how was he supposed to know you didn’t want it?” I just feel like that puts all of the burden on the victim and gives an excuse to someone who put their dick in someone else without asking. Whoever initiates sex should seek and OBTAIN a “yes” or clear sign that sexual contact is welcome before proceeding.

No, I wouldn't consider that rape. Rape to me is saying no, showing clear signs of not wanting that kind of intimacy (fighting back, etc), or being drugged/given drinks to the point of not being able to give consent intentionally by the rapist.
