I took plan b twice in one week can I be pregnant?

So me and my bf had sex on Wednesday (dec26) & the condom broke but he told me that he cummed 3 times already & washed it out so he didn’t cum in me I took a plan b about 15-20 minutes later just to be safe.. we decided to have sex again on a Tuesday (January 1st) & the condom broke again this time there was actually cum on the condom I took another plan b again about 20 minutes after my last period was December 4th I started spotting Saturday (January 5th) to now I’ve been very scared since this incident can I be pregnant ? I’ve been experiencing all of the plan b side effect & it’s really freaking me out that I still haven’t gotten my period.
