Baby announcement idea for my mother?

Sooo I’m NOT pregnant yet, but I’m excited and planning way ahead 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’m going through my first ivf cycle next month and if I do finally succeed I want to tell my mother the following month on her birthday (March 15th) and figured some of you ladies could give me some ideas. Me and my husband have been trying for 6 years, seeing a Fertility dr for 2 years and now down to the last option of ivf being nothing else worked. My mom wants a grandchild so bad she would remind me almost every day but she stopped when I had to explain to her our (issues) I have pcos and never ovulate. I just really hope this works. I know I shouldn’t but I’m getting my hopes up really high and doing a lot of planning for a baby that isn’t guaranteed 🙄
