Child maintenance..
Me and my child’s father came to an agreement of him paying me child maintenance every week from June/July last year of the total of 30£ a week which isn’t much to ask! He has now stopped paying me from the 5th of December because of his benefits circumstances and will not come to an agreement with me to sort this and pay me whenever he can. Has anyone been in a similar situation and is there anything I can do to get him to pay? TIA
