MS symptoms?

What are some MS symptoms? 
I’m 23yrs old. I been having some migraines with aura since age 15. Tomorrow I get a MRI on my brain & cervical spine to check for tumors, and demyelinating diseases. I been having muscles spasms, twitching and aching (some itchiness too). Also last couple nights my legs been aching & feeling heavy like. Numbness upper back. Tingling & burning hands feet elbow & wrist. Eye twitching and burning with movement & closing. There’s also more but to much to put. 
Just wanted to know, What are some MS symptoms? And does it sound like Multiple Sclerosis?

Make sure you get blood tests to check iron, b12, folate, ferretin and a full blood count. B12 deficiency can mimic MS and cause ALOT of issues.

I have MS and have had most of the sensation feelings, but not the migraines or vision stuff, though it’s pretty common in MS. It all comes down to where your lesions are and what they affect in MS.

I have had all this too. The docs have pretty much ruled out anything physically wrong and it seems it’s cause is stress and anxiety disorder.

MS symptoms can vary depending on the person. I have all those symptoms too but they have pretty much ruled out ms. They aren’t sure what I have yet though.
