Help me please

So my cycle was late this month by 5 days what I thought was my period came and I’ve been spotting basically and today is the third day and I have a drop of blood on my pad I barley cramped and I had no clots for real 😳.....last month this happened as well and my period was a week late 🤦🏽‍♀️ I don’t understand what’s going on, I’m 28 I’m not iced weight I have no cyst on my ovaries or uterus I had ultrasounds to check a couple months ago.....I haven’t taken a pregnancy test either cause I thought these were regular cycles but it’s not regular at all, can someone tell me what’s happening attached is a chart of my cycles
