Why is half of her face missing!?!

Alright kinda freaking out the more I look at my ultrasounds. Was she moving her face when this was took? They didn’t say anything was wrong. But I did notice her head was measuring a little less than a week behind so I’m kinda tripping about that. They said they are just going to keep an eye out on it and left it at that. Said her brain looked normal... but I look at these pictures and like a big old chunk off the side of her face is missing 🙃 please tell me I’m over reacting
