Absent nasal bone

So my pregnancy was considered high risk pretty early on because I have Anti E isoimmunization. I am currently 11 weeks and today, during my NT scan the tech said there wasn’t a nasal bone present which is a marker for Down syndrome. I met with the MFM doctor after my scan for a consult, she let me know that she looked over my scan and agreed with the tech and it also looks like my baby might have a cleft lip. I got my blood drawn for the NIPT but getting an amnio is also an option. I guess my question is has anyone had an amnio? I’ve had a second trimester loss once before so I don’t know if the risks that come with an amnio are worth it.
