Hair dryness

Kari

So the ends of my hair feel really dry and they actually “fluff up” if that makes sense. My mom said it doesn’t look dry when I asked her to trim it tonight but it feel super super dry.. I’ve tried tons of different shampoos and conditioners, I’ve tried using a T-shirt for drying it instead of a towel, nice brushes, I don’t use heat but once or twice a month, it gets tangled really easy... I have straight hair that’s not thick but not thin.. Any tips?..

do you shampoo your hair every day? And what type of shampoo and conditioner do you use

Maybe try shampooing only every 2-3 days? You sound like your hair has the dryness that my curly hair does and it’s not good to shampoo that often. And also, I’m not familiar with that brand but make sure it is sulfate free, sulfate shampoos strip the natural oils in your hair and it does way more harm than good

I shampoo and conditioner usually every other day and right now I’m using the leave beauty and planet tea tree shampoo and conditioner

Another thing that would be good for the hair is an end sealer that would help seal down the cuticle of the hair.

A moisture base shampoo and conditioner is the best thing for dry hair. The best ones come from inside a salon. I do hair and the products you buy over the counter are going to be more drying to the hair.

I was using the whole blends but I started using the love planet and beauty.
