Breast leaking?

My nipples are already leaking quite a bit and I’m only 21 weeks pregnant, this is my first pregnancy so I’m not sure if this is a normal thing or something to bring up to my doctor? The liquid is like white and clear.

It’s normal, it’s colostrum 😄 I had a little leakage around then but now I have nothing (25weeks) you can still bring it up to your dr though, doesn’t hurt to keep them updated on everything

No, it's normal. Just put on some nursing pads to save your bras and don't go to bed in the nude unless you wanna wake up in a puddle lol I leaked a ton with my son, it was almost pressurized. This time has been mostly a slow drizzle, but started at 16 weeks. Just means your body is doing what it's supposed to in preparation for baby.
