Stomach bug or just pregnancy
I ate after 5 yesterday, hasn’t anymore for the night cause I was full. Woke up thru the night with a stomach ache, but went back to sleep. Woke up this morning with the same stomach ache but had diarrhea. Felt fine. I hadn’t eaten again til about 12 and threw everything up mins later. Do I have a stomach bug or is it just pregnancy or waiting too long to eat?
