My advice for first time pregnant moms

- drink one cup of prune juice or coffee a day ( I almost got ripped in half going to the restroom,it was as bad as child birth)

- if you can't eat try a Dr. approved protein shake to keep nutrients in your system

- drink water with lemon to help with nauseousness

-buy depends! Sometimes you can't make it to the restroom or you go while you are sleeping

-dont buy into all the mom teas for breastfeeding wait until there is a need

- don't feel pressured into anything! Either C-section or breastfeeding it's your body and choice
