Could I have gestational diabetes?

My fasting ranges between 94-97. 
And I take the next reading at an hour and that ranges anywhere from 106-135 depending on what I eat for breakfast. I havnt had the official test done yet but I started my pregnancy with PCOS and i know that its supposed to be easier to get with that.....

My fasting number for the test was 93 and that got me the GD diagnosis. Meanwhile, all my values after meals are fine. Sounds like your situation is quite similar because your values after breakfast sound fine. 
What’s frustrating about that is that the fasting number at some point becomes impossible to control. You can eat early and experiment with different dinner foods but in the end that number is almost entirely influenced by hormones.

I'm playing around with portion size and my breakfasts have consisted of either avocado toast which is when its really low like 106 and oatmeal with milk and strawberries and a tiny bit of honey. I am trying to do variations of it to see if i can bring my number down. I don't eat anything past 8pm so it makes me nervous.

You might have it, I had it with my last pregnancy and I know they want your fasting sugars to be under 90 and your hour to be under 120. Try eating more protein that seemed to help me.
