My changing body

So today I asked my SO if he didnt mind if went to a second hand store to get a few pairs of pants bc my belly is getting big and my work pants are no longer comfortable. Our money is tight but he said no problem as all the bills are paid.I pick up 4pairs and 2 shirts for about $15(to me is a steal) he gets home and says well I'm glad you got a new wardrobe when you couldn't even get me a Christmas gift. I had to take a pay cut at my job due to my previous job being too physical during pregnancy. My feelings are so hurt and I just feel so put down but the truth is at the time i couldn't afford to get him xmas.
