10dpo symptoms?

Okay so truth is I always symptom spot.. but when it comes close to AF I never have these issues. So for the past week and a half I have had very sore boobs.. like it hurts all around. And even the nipple hurts.. and to the point where when they feel cold air it is a sharp tingly pain!but I have had sore boobs before just not for this long and it doesnt hurt this bad.. I have had negative tests.. I know its still early and im not out till AF comes.. I also have been very bloated more than usual and constipated and gassy.. But has anyone had this and get a BFP??
