How do you get your babes to nap?

Question

For the life of me, I cannot get my baby to nap unless we are in the car or I’m carrying him in the carrier.  He is 11 weeks old. 
I can tell he gets tired around 1 every day, but nothing I’ve done so far will allow him to fall asleep on his own.  He goes to bed great at night in his own bassinet.  
Do you mommas have your babes on nap schedules yet? What are your tips for getting there?

Honestly, I put her in the stroller and move it back and forth near the vent fan sound. Takes about 5 minutes to get her to sleep.

My LO doesn’t believe in naps through the day 11+2 weeks. Will only have a decent sleep during the day on me. She hasn’t really slept during the day since about 4 weeks.

You all make me feel so much better. Mine only naps on people or with motion. And I panicked yesterday about how bad it’s going to be when she goes to daycare, so we’ve been trying today. Way more tears from me

I gave up on naps. I told the doctor he basically just takes cat naps and he said that was normal 🤷‍♀️

My baby naps whenever she wants I just don’t really let her nap after 7 if not she’ll be up all night but she usually sleeps on her own for naps

Some says my baby doses off and takes cat naps, other days he fall as asleep and wakes up 2-3 hours later. No matter what he goes to bed around 9-10 and wakes up at 2 to feed then every two hours after that

I just wrap her in a soft blanket like a baby burrito and give her a pacifier at the first signs of skeepiness, usually works like a charm.

I rock her in the rocking chair and swaddle her. Then I put her in her swing. She doesn’t nap for longer than like an hour or so

I take my son on walks in his stroller. Problem is I have to keep walking!
