Advice pls
Hi I’m 20 and petite and quite skinny(only 114 lbs at around 5’4). I’m looking to gain some muscle weight. In the past all I’ve done is cardio but I’d like to expand upon my workout routine more this year for the better. Does anyone have any advice about what workouts would be best to achieve this goal?
