Rash that is spreading after c-Section

Help. I’m getting nervous now. Had a csection 1/9/19 and I’m just about head to toe in a rash. Some parts itchy some not. It’s now spread to the back of my hands. Started off with my backs, then belly.. I told the nurse she said it was probably due to material I’m rubbing against.. same with the OB on duty at the Hospital.. since I left it creeped to my boobs, in forearms,underarms, hands ... is this normal or am I having a bad reaction to something?
