Just a little rant
I hate when you’ve gained weight and everyone suddenly thinks they’re a qualified doctor or that they have a right to give an opinion on it, and all try telling you “it’s unhealthy” or “you looked better before” like what you don’t know is before i was starving myself for 2/3 days a week and exercising 3/4 hours pretty much everyday in order to not gain weight. Now i’m eating regular meals and still exercising but not excessively so No i wasn’t healthier just bc i was skinnier.
