I’m currently 11 weeks and 1 day pregnant with my first !!!!

So far it’s been terrible ! I’m literally taking a prescription for nausea and vomiting but I have to take it at night and if I miss it... IM STUCK !!!

My doctor will NOT prescribed any more after the little bit I have left !!

What do you pregnant mamas recommend for the nausea and vomiting !

I do work so I can not feel like shit throughout my day as of now !
