Sharp twinges at 9 weeks

I’ll be 9 weeks tomorrow and I woke up with sharp twinges in the center of my uterus. Right beneath my pubic bone. Just wanted to know if any other mamas experienced this or if I should be concerned and call my doctor. Thanks ☺️
