Fitbit during pregnancy??

Question

Has anyone used their Fitbit to track their activity during pregnancy?? I want to use mine more even though it’s almost time to pop, but I’m not even sure what a realistic step goal is for pregnant women? I’m due February 17th 😬😬

I put it aside. I'll get back to it when the baby is here. Right now every day is different and I don't want to annoy myself with my awful resting heartrate.
Step goal: If I were to use it now, I'd do 5k.

I wore mine since I was working and loved seeing how many steps I took. I never really set a high goal though. I think it was automatically set to like 8-10k or something, but most days I’d hit around 17-19k (I’m a server in a very fast paced environment). I got it just before I found out I was pregnant, so I was still excited to use it. I stopped working at 37 weeks and haven’t touched it since 🙃

I took mine off through my pregnancy,  my resting heart rate was all over the place and it gave me anxiety lol

My birthday is the 18th! What kind of 0hone do you have? Samsung Health auto tracks your steps. I think a good step count really depends on how your pregnancy is going. I would shoot for 30-50 minutes of active time in general.
