I've done some research on different things I should be doing when ttc but I would like to find out what everyone else is doing regarding diets etc while trying to conceive.

1. What should I be eating? 🍔🍟

2. Is there such thing as food and drinks that help you to conceive if so what?🥛🍌

3. What vitamins should I take?💊

4. What drinks (non alcoholic) should be avoided? ☕

5. Alcohol..... yes or no?🍷🍾

6. Is there a better sex position for conception?🙊🔝🔙🔚

7. Should I or shouldn't I orgasm? (I've read conflicting studied) 🤷🏼‍♀️

8. Pre seed or conceive plus? 💦

9. Is there a Best time of day to have sex? ☀️🌜

10. How often should we have sex? 🔢
