Possibility?

Is it possible that I am pregnant now? I took one last month when my period was so short but it was negative, in the last week I’ve been having weird dreams, light pain on my left side, my breast are tender, I’m so tired having to force my butt out of bed to go to work. Is it worth testing? I’m just so tired of getting negative test but something feels different this time
