First IVF update

Had my first scan today on day 8. There were 8 follicles. Not sure if this is good or not? All still quite small so egg retrieval will either be this Friday or next Monday depending how quickly they grow. Friday would be good as then I’d have the weekend recover but I’ll go with whichever is the best option for ultimate eggs retrieval! Injections not too bad. Actually found the side effects from clomid during my IUI cycles worse than the ivf drugs. It’s a long lead up though and I’m feeling lots of emotions.
