C-secrion incison raised?

My incision is raised/puffy not red or hurting at all just raised. Its the whole thing.. i had my c-section done 4 days ago, is this normal? Will it go down over time? Its not the skin around it, its the actual incision it was like this at the hospital and they said it looked okay..

Mine has mostly gone down but I do have a slight bit that’s raised still, it’s been 18 months, doesn’t really bother me though

I have a c section and yes just don't scrub and pat dry it when u get out the shower just will take time

I haven’t had a c-section, but have a similar scar from ovarian sx. That will heal and go down over time.
