Hi ladies- have any of you had miscarriage (not a chemical) but an actual miscarriage and got pregnant RIGHTTT after your first cycle??

I miscarried in November (8 weeks) and I just finally had my first cycle last week. I am now done with my cycle and my husband and I had sex last night. Is it possible to get pregnant a day after completing your cycle? I heard you’re more fertile after a mc. Please share! Thank you. 🙏🏽
