5 week ultrasound saw the sac in the right place. Good sign?

I just turned 5 weeks and got my first ultrasound. Doctor saw the sac, HCG 700 at 4 weeks and 5 days and said it was in the right place. I had a miscarriage last year so I’m nervous. Is this a good sign though?
