Food help


So, I have been noticing that I don’t eat nearly as healthy as I should be (Taco Bell more than 3 times a week and microwave dinners at work). I really would love to eat healthy for me and my baby, but I have no idea where to start and what to make. If anybody has a favorite food to cook and eat during pregnancy, and you wouldn’t mind sharing, I would really appreciate it. I am currently 12 weeks 3 days pregnant and I don’t want to eat fast food anymore during this pregnancy. I’m sick of Taco Bell and McDonalds. Please help a hungry mom-to-be. THANK YOUUU
