Does it hurt when you ovulate?

I was diagnosed with PCOS in September 2018 after a cyst burst and caused spasms that made me bleed. I have always had abnormal cycles and the ultrasound showed my left ovary was not visible because of cysts and the right had like 3.

They put me on bc to lessen the cysts and this is the start of my first month without bc.

I’ve been ttc #2 since August 2017. I tried opk last January/February. It showed I ovulate on day 20/33 and then day 25(the day AF started).
