Ok y’all. I have a problem drinking enough water. With my first I drank propel and some sugary additives to make it taste good. I had preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. So this time I want to be sure to avoid everything. The propel has 230ish mg of sodium per packet and I drink about 4 a day. That’s a lot!
So my question is: what’s your favorite water flavoring that isn’t high in sugar or sodium. I like crystal light raspberry lemonade. Haven’t tried much else.
