At a loss

Diana

In September of 2017, my husband who was just shy of 31 underwent surgery to have his vasectomy reversed from his previous marriage.

November of 2017 I found out I was pregnant.

December of 2017 I found out I had a non viable pregnancy via my first ultrasound appointment.

January of 2018 I had to take misopristol to induce miscarriage as it wasn’t happening on its own.

I make an infertility appointment for myself January 7, 2019 to get the ball rolling for all my tests and they order a semen sample as part of the steps. Got the results today that my husband has literally no sperm in his semen. Zero. We never got it tested after the surgery because I had gotten pregnant right away. I’m at a loss. I don’t know what to think or even do right now.

Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated.
