Im desperate.. help

My son is officially 1 month old and has terrible gas problems to the point he cries in pain and it's disrupting his sleeping. I've given him gas drops and they work for about 30 mins and he's back to being in pain I've given him gripe water, tummy time, bicycles, rub his belly burn him nothing seems to work... Does anyone know of a different tactic to help him I'm at a loss and need help im so tired but know he's not sleeping cause he's in pain which causes sleepless nights for me.
