Losing my virginity

Hi! Basically around 3 months ago I lost my virginity to my friend’s brother. I had feelings for him, but we weren’t in a relationship. He’s sort of a fuckboy and now he currently has a girlfriend. We already kissed while he was dating her (he still is) we don’t really talk but we usually hookup when I hang out with his sister. His sister is ok with it and she knows. Ever since I lost my virginity, I think I’ve been attached even though I didn’t want to be. I honestly just don’t know what to do and it hurts my feelings so much :( I feel like the whole situation is just fucked up and I feel like such a dumbass. Wtf do I do
