Struggling with intimacy...💔

Hi everyone, I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant abd my husband and I have yet to engage in any intimate activities (sex, no sex but you still orgasm etc.). He has shown zero initiative/interest, and I’ve brought it up a few times but the conversation has turned flat. He finally admitted he was a little scared, but that’s as far as we have gotten. I don’t know why it is bothering me so much, but I crave that intimacy so much, as it was a very exciting part of our relationship before trying for baby #1. Any advice? I mean, he will give me a back rub, foot massage, you name it, but the whole sex thing seems to be completely off the table...and I insecurely feel more unattractive as I get bigger etc. 😢😖🤔 No idea what to do.
