Milk protein intolerance?? Breastfed baby.

My baby is very fussy won’t sleep ok his back well and extremely windy he sicks up a lot after feeds. He’s come out in a awful rash/spots on his face neck and chest and sore dry patches on his ears and under his chin.

Went to the dr yesterday and he just said it’s nothing to worry about and prescribed some steroid cream. I feel this has made it worse!

Then today I’ve noticed that his spots seem to look worse more red and sore straight after a feed then when he’s due his next feed they don’t look as bad.

Could he have a milk protein allergy? He is exclusively breast fed.
