Just wondering

Did anyone here get pregnant a few days after your period?

My husband and I had unprotected sex for 3 days after my period stopped and about 7 days later I had some spotting which was very unusual.

Now I think I’m getting faint lines but I just don’t see how it’s possible since I started tracking ovulation right after my period ended and was anywhere near positive.
