Morning sickness or prenatal?

I just found out I was pregnant yesterday I am about 5 weeks along and just had my first case of morning sickness. Is it possible to get morning sickness this early on or is it the prenatal I took this morning. I took my prenatal with a slice of toast

My prenatal made me very nauseous. It's common for them to make your stomach feel queasy. My Dr said to just take it at night before bed. It helped so much! It doesn't matter what time of day you take it as long as you take it daily.

The only time I actually threw up from my nausea was when I took my prenatal without enough food in my system. So it could be a mix of both!
