Has anyone heard of this helping with morning sickness? I am going thru the worst right now, I can’t eat or anything.

I had terrible morning sickness for 20 weeks!! Doctor recommended a combination of the B-6 and Unisom before bed. Worked amazing!!! Something about these two combined work well. However, I do know you can take just the B-6 during the day and it work on its own. I just never tried it. What I liked about the Unisom is it is a mild sleep aid, so it didn’t knock me completely out (very light sleeper here) but it helped kicked the insomnia to the curb. And I just had a better night of sleep especially towards the end when sleep is just so uncomfortable.

My OB has recommended I take B6 for my nausea but I can’t get the pills down with I feel like that. I’ve started sucking on ginger candies and it’s helping.

It didnt work for me but I've heard a lot of women say it helped them!!! But absolutely nothing helped me unfortunately. Just had to wait for it to ease up in my 2nd trimester.  Good luck!!!

I used it and it kind of worked. Don’t take it with vitamin water though. I learned the hard way that too much vitamin B will give you diarrhea at work lol I also remember Dramamine working for my morning sickness.
