Exercise during pregnancy?
Hello!
So this is going to be my 2nd pregnancy and I wanted to know what type of exercise can I do. I’m about 4 weeks.
For my 1st pregnancy I gained a lot (30lbs). Now that my little girl is about to be 2 years old, I lost (13lbs).
For this pregnancy I really don’t want to gain a lot a lot . So I told my self I have to be active for this pregnancy.
Any suggestions will be helpful! 😃
