Help?

so my boyfriend and i had sex quite a few times this weekend, and he fingered me before, i don’t think i was nearly wet enough and think he scratched me deeply a few times, but there following day we continued to do stuff as the pain was bearable. the next day this pain is probably at a 6, i know i have a yeast infection, so it itches horribly, but i’ve had yeast infections numerous times, but now it hurts to wipe after peeing, and i have deep cuts i think & im not scratching it, but it’s bleeding. what should i do, or maybe this is normal? going to the doctor isn’t an option so if anyone has any idea please let me know.
