Future sleep pattern of catnappers⁉️
My daughter sleeps through the night but is a chronic daytime catnapper; do any mamas out there have experience or insight regarding the future sleep patterns of catnappers?
Will she eventually take fewer but longer naps as she gets older? Is it possible to sleep train her to take a longer nap?
