Need some help!!!!

This is my situation. So My period was due January 13th and nothing showed up and nothing happened yesterday either. I have been getting negative test after negative test and today I started having cramps and I when I went to wipe after going to the restroom I have VERY VERY light bleeding like spotting pink. Exact same as the pictures I look up of implantation bleeding. Normally when my period starts my cramps are bad and I have heavy darker than what's happening now. Could it be implantation and if so do I still have hope of getting a positive test? Last time I had sex was 4 days ago and glow says I ovulated on December 30th....
