Break through bleeding??..

So I am currently 19 days late. Tested 4 times and all can back negative. Well this happened yesterday and today. I have been cramping maybe 1-2 hrs today and 2-3 hrs yesterday.. I had my iud removed in November (very end of the month) has a period after I started some new birthcontrol. But haven’t had a period since 11/29? Could this be break through?.. or what?
