Postpartum Body Temp Changes?

I’m 5 days postpartum and really wondering if I have an infection or something. I go from pouring sweat to cold often and suddenly. I am nursing and I know hormones are crazy but I also had a headache this morning and achy joints. Basically everything that goes along with a fever but no fever. Anyone else going through this or should I call my dr?

Immediately following my c section I was literally freezing cold and shivering for like a week. The the last two weeks when I was up to feed my baby In The middle of the night my shirt is drenched in sweat. 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I’d say it’s normal.

Thank you everyone! I didn’t remember it with my first but could be one of those unpleasant things I blocked from my memory! It’s so aggravating especially with being engorged on top of it! My sweet girl is worth it though!

Postpartum with my first (still pregnant with this one) my temps were all over the place for about a week. I would frequently get up in the night to the sheets being SOAKED with sweat. It think it is from the rapid change in hormones after birth. It goes away eventually.
