Increase my chances- help!

So I got my af today which I’m not thrilled about. What can I do to increase my chances to conceive next month? I’m already starting to track my bbt (which still confuses me) and I BD quite frequently when I’m not on my period. What else do you suggest I do to optimize my chances of conceiving?
