I get very irritable right before my period starts. If I'm angry on my period then it's probably because I'm in pain and don't want to deal with anything

So last night I was told I have bad anger issues because one I almost stabbed my herion addict  of a aunt and her old man and her punk kid in the neck with my pocket knife then I today I was told I was crazy because I had a dream of killing them all  last night and I’m on my period at the moment but I’ve had thought of doing that when I’m not
