Pregnant???

So I just miscarried earlier last month. Is there anyway I could get pregnant before I have my first period back? I know it probably sounds like a ridiculous question but I’m honestly super curious. I feel like the answer would be no bc you know the body hasn’t ovulated but just out of curiosity..
